The Senior Seminar was the State Department's executive level leadership course. Each year-long class was composed of senior personnel from the State Department as well as other National Security agencies. During the course of their study, members became reaquainted with many of the domestic issues across the United States. They also formed professional relationships and close friendships which they carry with them long after graduation.
